		<description>Hi Sharon, I first saw Terry&#039;s Pyramid of Training in the Eclectic Horseman&#039;s May 08 magazine.  She takes apart the scale and puts her spin on it which has a much more feel based approach.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Here are some examples of her Pyramid, at the top: &quot;Elevation, Weightlessness (Ease), then down one to Collection, Freedom within close parameters, (Harmony)&quot;....all the way down to the first one; &quot;Willingness to Learn, Approach/Observation:Learning from the horse&quot;, and on it goes  etc.  Great series of articles, 4 parts. One of the best set of articles I have seen in EH</description>
