Congratulations Sharon!

My dream came true last July 2008. Our property is a work in progress but it is sooooo much better having the horses at home in our own loving care.

That 'undemanding time' I spend with them has really enhanced our relationship.
We're all much more relaxed with each other.

I'm so happy for you!!!

That's super to hear! I'm meeting with a loan officer this morning to see if we can upgrade to a larger property. We have a passel of farm animals here, but no room for horses. I can't wait to see them every morning and night. We're even looking at building the house and the barn as a single structure, so I can be really close.

Congratulations! It's the only way I've ever had horses. It's just so neat to be able to look out the window or just go out for a few minutes to visit, even in the middle of the night. My favorite is when they hear us in the garage or when we drive up and we hear nickers! Come out to see us!

If you have to do your own poop scooping now, then remember it is good exercise. You can maybe start a compost pile.

Having horses just out the window will add much happiness to your life, I'm sure.
